1. Information we collect
Aigirlfriend collects the information you provide when you register an account, purchase a subscription or contact support – such as your email address and payment details. We also collect the messages you exchange with your AI girlfriend on Aigirlfriend so that she can remember your conversation. Basic technical data (IP address, browser type, device information) is collected automatically to keep Aigirlfriend safe and running smoothly.
2. How we use your information
Aigirlfriend uses your information to: create and secure your account, personalise your experience, deliver premium features, process payments, prevent fraud, comply with legal obligations and improve model quality. Aigirlfriend never sells your personal data.
3. Legal bases
We process your data based on your consent, our contract with you (providing the Aigirlfriend service), our legitimate interests (security, product improvement) and legal obligations.
4. Sharing
Aigirlfriend shares data only with trusted service providers who help us run the platform (payments, hosting, analytics, email). Every provider is bound by confidentiality and data protection obligations.

Your data is stored for as long as your account is active on Aigirlfriend. You can request deletion at any time and Aigirlfriend will remove your personal data within a reasonable timeframe, unless we are legally required to keep it.
